Governance
Governance Structure of the CIP
The governance of the CIP is structured to ensure collective decision-making and strategic oversight. All permanent members of the CIP are part of the Management Committee, which serves as the central body responsible for guiding the initiative. This committee meets on a monthly basis to address operational challenges, define strategic priorities, and shape the short-, medium-, and long-term vision of the CIP. Every critical decision—whether related to policy, direction, or execution—is thoroughly discussed and agreed upon during these sessions, ensuring alignment and shared ownership among all CIP members.
Every four years, a director is elected from among the members of the management committee. The director is responsible for organizing and leading the meetings. However, all committee members actively contribute to the discussions and take part in every major decision concerning the research centre.
